The hotel and the owners are fantastic. They were very accommodating and really just wanted to make our stay enjoyable. They were responsive and all round great hosts! We were able to get a rental car arranged as well as airport transfers through them!

The owner is very kind and helpful. Her son took us to the main sites of kutaisi like canyon, promethus cave , waterfalls, lake for the whole day. We paid 200 lari for the private tour. Ir was comfortable and enjoyable. Beso even did our laundry and laid it all on our bed , washed, dried, and ready. I recommend this apartment for a homely feel in your stay in kutaisi.

House is the heaven on the earth. You can see all the beautiy of the river and city. You can understand the how people respect the nature and tradition. Family allow you to introduce their daily life. House is spotless clean. You can have a brealfast or lunch. You can use the refrigerators. Bathrooms have all kinds of dush gel, shampoo...Garden has lots of fruits ,vegetablrs and grapes. I would like to visit again with longer period of time. Thank you again to beautiful family.

The apartment is tidy, everything you need is available, and if something seems to be missing, the hostess will kindly assist. The apartment is located close to the sightseeing spots. This place has a homely feel. We were treated to wonderful wine and very delicious cheese – Thank you!

Giorgi is one of the most wonderful individuals I have ever met. He treats all of his guests like his friends visiting him. He is a very knowledgeable man who speaks many languages. His guest house is a beautiful place with a lovely green garden, two cute dogs, in a wonderful location next to the old town of amazing Kutaisi. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen are all perfectly clean and comfortable. His helper Katya is also lovely. Giorgi and all the guests staying there we became friends, sat in his garden, he treated us with his homemade chacha, fruits, delicious cake, we had great time together. I can’t thank enough to Giorgi! I would love to go there again.
