The staff, all of them, were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the room/apartment was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I intend to return for a longer stay. The village where the hotel is located is charming and there are several very good restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!
