we like this place to stay with family its really nice & peaceful but very noisy loud with some Indian Music Midnight

I love the staffs there. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The cook there, a lovely Kak even made us dishes that wasn’t in the menu. The place was very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay

The house has great potential and offers some unique features. The location provides a nice view and a more elevated atmosphere compared to many other homestays or villas. The surrounding environment is peaceful and relaxing, with the presence of horses and birds adding a unique natural experience for guests. With proper maintenance and improvement of the facilities, this property has the potential to become a very attractive and enjoyable staycation destination.

Very accommodating host and spacious property

The Staff are very courteous and friendly . Arrived at the place very early and we were accommodated by Mr. John Mark Frias and his staff for early check-in and even upgraded our Family Room to 2 Bedroom Suite with no extra charge. He even offered us an alternative option to see the Japanese Garden while waiting for our room which actually a great idea. I really like the serenity and calmness of it.

The location, the green environment , the 'supposed' facility such as games and activity, the privacy

This place is perfect for families (of 20pax) who want to spend time together with nice weather and a magnificent view. The pool is great for the kids, they love to swim in the pool all day (& night) long. The staff are helpful and provide help whenever needed. It is a great experience here and the food is also nice. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Overall, it is nice with very spacious place with court available for activities with family. I ordered the breakfast and dinner by catering arranged via owners. it was nice.
