Excellence in customer service. Everyone we encountered, especially Ms Roz, Ms Yana, and Mr Gopal were very welcoming and extremely service oriented.

One of the better breakfast around Johor Bahru provided by hotels. Even DoubleTree cannot measure up.

Room was spacious with a sofa and a writing table with leather chair. The bathroom amenites are good and the bed is firm. Housekeeper is pretty quick to deliver my shaving kits. Room are very well keep by housekeeper too. This hotel is just opposite JMCC Komtar and CitySquare Mall. It has a convenient store directly on the ground floor. It's breakfast buffet comes with a wide varieties too. Staff there are very friendly.

Love the convenience of the hotel next to JB Sentral and the mall all within walking distance. The staff are exceptional from check in, lobby, restaurant and house keeping. The room is really nice and comfortable. Love the amenities in the room especially the lotion and conditioner from SOAK.

Location, location, location, a busy city like this the location should be the main concern.

It's my multiple stay here , most recommended , completely equipped with all needs , no complains. The staff Din and Faisal very helpful , problem solution escalated fast .

I booked 4 rooms for 03 days from 29 to 31st Dec 2025 but only my room the bidet faulty without the head spray.. 1st day of stay, I requested for assistance before I went for a tour and came back late night, to my surprise that the bidet still not change, I called to Reception and Technician arrived and really disappointed with the Technician as he requested me to do the exchange from another 03 rooms which been occupied by my family due to no stock.. The next day at 1030hrs, I came down to the Reception area and decided to change the bidet to one of the rooms but thanks to Mr. Ivan (I believe Technician Supervisor) said to one of his workers in the present of me and the receptionist to check again the stock. I came back to my room around 6+pm and saw that the bidet had changed to the new one. I'm so glad that my issue been rectified and congrat to Mr. Ivan for his immediate action.. Ur the STAR for the hotel.. I hope the management recognize his action..

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including the pool and fitness center, which were all clean and well-maintained. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated near great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. We truly appreciated the little touches – complimentary refreshments, turndown service, and thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel luxurious. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Great place to stay especially the view is perfect.

The place is well-equipped with everything I needed—including a washing machine, dryer, water dispenser and TV box. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness...the simple deco...not much clutter in the living room which made it spacious
