Great clean room.Very good breakfast .

I had a convention at suntec and the hotel is conveniently located across it. There is a bridgeway connecting the hotel to the convention center. Room was spacious. Staff were the best! From the gentlemen at the entrance who helped us with transportion, reception, housekeeping. They were awesome.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great breakfast spread, we highly recommend. Walking distance from the happening Clarke Quay.

The paiza suit service is the best service ever!

Perfect if you want to stay near the airport terminal , only minutes from check-in and also to Jewel . We had the club pool room and it was wonderful. The pool was right outside the room with table and chairs for each room , it was nice to stay there in the evening . Drinks, food and staff in the club were nice.

The reception service is amazing..Ms. Cecelia was very kind to us and she gave us an early check in.. the room is quite spacious and the hotel is located at an excellent location..

This place is excpetional and i am returning with family to have a wonderful time. The food was good and i really enjoy it.

The location and the room are wonderful. The robots were cool and the check in was great. they allowed us to check in earlier by paying a little bit extra. the room was small but smart, they had an inclining bed and the bathroom was cool. I highly recommend this for a short layover

Location is perfect, close to metro, close to Clarke quay, with lots of shops, and restaurants. Hotel is clean, with decent room sizes

Genuine hospitality by Anne and the front office team, very tasty food and attentive service at B&B, loved the shower room pre-departure and the central location. Very grateful for a great stay and highly recommended

Well planned, very comfortable room with great river view. Better lighting than many hotels.

Brilliant location, walking distance to Marina Bay and easily accessible to Orchard road via Train station that was right next door, very comfortable spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Service was very good and meals and breakfast excellent.

The location and the view of the marina bay sand, especially with the new year evening fireworks.

Difficult to give an exhaustive list. The staff was unbelievably friendly, but also professional and helpful: my daughter and me felt at home from the first minute. We used the swimming pool a lot, had dinner on the rooftop, enjoyed breakfast and the executive pre-dinner, liked our rooms which were comfortable clean and homely. Frankly: everything was perfect. The only thing to highlight again: the staff came across as a real team supporting each other, as nice people you felt like going out with, like employees who knew why they were there, like helpful partners helping organise trips, ... what can I say more. Nothing to improve on, but a lot to learn from.

We liked everything : the historical and impressive edifice, the impeccable service particularly at the Reception and Conciergerie, the location in the heart of downtown on the quaysides just next to the Merlion, at walking distance from many places of interest, the exceptional furniture and decoration, the gastronomy, the intimate swimming pool, etc. We enjoyed the Straits Club experience with its delicious and varied buffets from 6.30 am to 7:30 pm, where the personnel, in particular Liyana and John, made us feel at home in the “Monument”.

Such a great experience! Would definitely book again.
