We had a pleasant stay at this homestay located near the beach. The property offers a beautiful sunset view and features a private swimming pool, making it ideal for families with children seeking a relaxing holiday. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located about 15 minutes by car from the town, providing both tranquility and accessibility.

A spacious house, perfect for large families. The house includes a pool table and karaoke facilities, making it ideal for family bonding and group activities.

Location is not very far from the airport (takes about 10min by car). The management also available along the night so there is no issue if you want to check in late. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Also, they provide television with a Netflix account so you can enjoy your movies or KDrama. The cutlery also provided so you don’t need to worry to bring one.

It's good to have place near airport, had facilities like laundry hub, gym room, swimming pool just to do daily life stuff while staying at K Avenue. A good place to stay if you just commute via Grab or other transportation than rented cars. The receptionist in front is friendly and good at explaining the problems and gives solutions to tourists as far as I saw. Give them a raise though. That's not easy task to handle many tourist in one day. Sure, can add some TV there at lobby center promoting the place or just do advertising sponsor so maybe, just maybe can attract tourist to go to the place as advertised there rather than putting banners on the wall , that surely give tourist informations on where to go from there.

Everything about the room is perfect, the scent was great, the bed was comfortable, the view was superb, the provided shampoo and bodywash were nice, and they also got hairdryer and iron . Most importantly is the service. I also love the coffee, different from any hotel I have been to. Overall, the room was super great!! Totally will repeat my stay again sometimes.

Excellent stay, highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place near KKIA. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our stay. The location was excellent, only about 5 minutes from KKIA, making it very convenient for early flights. The condo was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.
