Hotels with Pools in Olongapo

I love the facilities almost everyting and everyone, except the poor lighting in the room. Some lights are not working, some plugs are not working too, Lampshed switches, no separate switch dedicated solely, Remote Control not working for the digi Box. Maintnenance personnel should check everything in the room everytime a guest may check in or check out to make sure everything is working properly.

Front desk and the rest of the staffs excellent service.

I would recommend the stay when at Subic Bay Free Zone.

Excellent resort 5star vip service at 3 star price

Obviously, a great manager here who knows how to run a hotel! The staff let us check in early and were so very kind and professional with sincere, nice smiles! Excellent breakfast with "real" coffee, not instant coffee like many hotels do here in the Philippines. Had in-room security safe included. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Stayed here 3 days and everything exceeded my expectations! Wonderful large room, so clean and comfy bed with lots of soft pillows. Nice balcony to stand outside and look at the mountains. The air conditioner worked to keep the room cool. Large clean bathroom with a nice, big tub. Great shower with hot water and strong water flow! Felt so welcome and appreciated here. The room was cleaned and replenished with amenities every day by very energetic, hard-working housekeeping gentlemen. Many hotels won't clean the room if staying multiple days, but here at Le Charme Suites, they give you their very best! I rarely rate hotels as good as this and would not say all this if it wasn't true. Definitely awesome value here and will come back next trip to Olongapo!

Location was what I was looking for. Room was great. Staff were good. Not overtly friendly like most smaller hotels but good. I wish I had a few more days to investigate the area.

Away from the Noise of the City

The staff was really nice and attentative, especially the front desk and the bar/restaurant staff. Breakfast was always great, and everyone was super friendly. I did like having a queen sized bed, refrigerator, and the A/C worked extremely well.

This was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

The place is enough to fit a family of 7. It has kitchen equipment that allows you to cook your meals. The place feels homey even my elderly lolo had a nice experience.

All staff is very accomodating and room is very clean.
