Hotels with Pools in Lagoa

Everything was wonderful- and I don't normally say that. Overall, yes, are you in town by the development, sure, but the awesome breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, and easy parking make up for it. (I just parked for free outside the entrance door- unsure if this is just off season luxury or not). The rooms have balconies and I really liked the smooth lava rock they used for it. Also the twin room mattresses were so comfortable. I also really loved the wood closet thing in the room. All the design details and cleanliness was so appreciated, and I wish all hotels were like that. I would gladly be back, wish this exact hotel was available around the usa and world actually. If I'm ever to the Azores again, I plan to use this hotel on any and all flight nights or for any other reasons just to regroup and relax. I wish I had tried their dinner, but I ate in the bar, and the breakfast and both of those were great. The staff was also really nice, and they were so particularly nice. And they spoke English (sorry for my lack of Portuguese). I really have to say I deeply appreciated the management, cleanliness, and design of this hotel, you could just tell from the front desk manager, to the trainee, to the room service/housekeeping, to the breakfast and bar staff. And I will hopefully be back!

The location was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place, the garden, hospitality

The breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, Helder was very good at communicating, and the property felt very secluded in the best way. I asked for a special surprise when we checked in, as it was our honeymoon, and Helder delivered. Our flight was delayed several hours, and that small surprise made my wife very happy. Great place for a great price, and a great owner.

It was a huge apartment with 2 baths. The desk girl was lovely, she took care of all our needs.

The apartments are beautiful—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher in the kitchen, and you can do your laundry at no extra cost! Each apartment also comes with a drying rack. Our whole family enjoyed all the facilities: the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish baths, and barbecue area! There’s also a large shopping center just 2 minutes away from the apartments! It was a wonderful stay, and I would 100% recommend it. Jorge, the person who welcomed us, was very kind and attentive.

It was a beautiful property both indoors and out, with plenty of space for our group of six. We were able to use herbs from the small organic garden, there was a pool and a large area with bricked grill for cooking. The host was easy to reach both before and during our stay and was very accommodating. We had to cancel our first day because of a cancelled flight and we had no trouble with a refund. On our last day when a flight out was also cancelled (foggy conditions) the host offered us use of the small apartment on site for 2 of us who had to stay an extra night on the island because of the flight cancellation. That was such a blessing. We absolutely loved our stay at Quinta do Rosario.

It was a wonderful stay. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this location. It is conveniently situated near everything, right in the heart of the island.

We loved the house itself, the location and how easy the check-in and check-out process was.

Lots of space, appreciated the multiple living areas and bedroom options. The beds upstairs were very comfortable. Felt very secure with gated property and it was nice to have a large pool area even if weather was not conducive to swimming.

Spacious, clean, and very secure apartment. Friendly, helpful hosts who responded quickly to any requests. Comfortable beds, washing machine available for use. We enjoyed our stay.

You have your own house with private entrance. The facilities (garden, pool, ...) were also on our own. All supplies were available at the location (extra bath towels for the pool, kitchenware, ...). There's even a barbecue available inside the accommodation (bring your own charcoal!). Air condition available!

Very comfortable and clean stay. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the hosts were friendly. There was also a beautiful sunset spot just 5 minutes from the house that we enjoyed almost every evening without seeing another person around :) The washing machine, dishwasher, and bathtub were a great bonus and made the stay especially comfortable. The welcome gifts were also a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thank you for your house!

Beautiful, spacious, super clean. It has everything you need. Laundry, full kitchen needs, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an exercise room, and a pool. The space was absolutely gorgeous. Margarida was phenomenal. Super helpful and generous. I would 100% recommend it and stay there again.

Beautiful, large and open concept home. Well, situated to all of the sights on the island. The host was very helpful. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. Sitting area in the back and the balconies were nice.
