Located in front of the fishing port of the wonderful city of Lagoa, a short distance from the Lagoa natural pool complex and surrounded by restaurants with fresh fish and delicious meals.

Our apartment is self-catering. We leave some products for the first few days and guests buy the rest as they wish. -It is strictly prohibited to leave rubbish at check-out. -Smoking is not allowed , but you have openair area where you can smoke. -It is mandatory to inform if you are bringing support pets. - People outside the reservation are prohibited on the property. -We are required by law to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) and we will collect this information before arrival, but your document must also be verified at check-in. Each non-Portuguese person (including children) shall present identity documents. For the ACCOMMODATION FORM for the IMMIGRATION AND BORDERS SERVICE (SEF) we will need the following details from all the guests: Full name – Date of birth – Birthplace – Nationality – Place of residence – Country of residence – Document number – Type Document – Document Country. -The island's climate is very hot and humid, which encourages the appearance of some “undesirable guests” such as cockroaches, lizards and ants. Despite quarterly pest control, it is impossible to completely eliminate these pests that proliferate across the island. To minimize the appearance of these “guests”, keep the house cool during the day and keep the doors and windows closed mainly at night since it is the time of day that these animals “walk”. (Those on the upper floors too because cockroaches fly).
