It must be my 4th or 5th visit to this hotel so I think this this is proof enough that I like to stay there. For me is like being home but in Azores. Staff is super friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good in my opinion. The parking in the backyard is very convenient for parking your car at any time. In the surrounding you are going to find good restaurants. The room itself if quite comfortable and you will have everything you need during your stay in São Miguel Island. Totally recommend this place.

Good location, comfortable bed, kitchen was completed. Beautiful sea view and a lot blue flowers around room on the terrace.

I got a free upgrade and free breakfast every morning of my stay, I couldn’t ask for more, the staff of the reception was incredible, same for the woman who cooks at the pizza oven

In City Center with views of the harbor with a friendly and professional staff. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection and options to start the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything, including shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions. The room was very clean, and one thing we really appreciated was the ample closet space. It's one of the few hotels we've stayed at where we had plenty of room to store all our clothes comfortably. Communication with the staff was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Another huge plus was having a washing machine—it made things so much easier. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful- and I don't normally say that. Overall, yes, are you in town by the development, sure, but the awesome breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, and easy parking make up for it. (I just parked for free outside the entrance door- unsure if this is just off season luxury or not). The rooms have balconies and I really liked the smooth lava rock they used for it. Also the twin room mattresses were so comfortable. I also really loved the wood closet thing in the room. All the design details and cleanliness was so appreciated, and I wish all hotels were like that. I would gladly be back, wish this exact hotel was available around the usa and world actually. If I'm ever to the Azores again, I plan to use this hotel on any and all flight nights or for any other reasons just to regroup and relax. I wish I had tried their dinner, but I ate in the bar, and the breakfast and both of those were great. The staff was also really nice, and they were so particularly nice. And they spoke English (sorry for my lack of Portuguese). I really have to say I deeply appreciated the management, cleanliness, and design of this hotel, you could just tell from the front desk manager, to the trainee, to the room service/housekeeping, to the breakfast and bar staff. And I will hopefully be back!

Great service from staff, delicious continental breakfast, comfortable and spacious room and parking space included. Only a short drive to Sao Miguel and the big hypermarket. Loved the pineapple farm setting and beautiful lemon, guava, avocado and banana trees. I will definitely stay here again!

Daniela and the rest of the staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. They seemed to take pride in doing their jobs well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a variety of vegan and otherwise options. The swimming pool and spa were the cherry on the top.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing. We were treated like family . Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the Breakfast.

The views and sunsets are spectacular! The casual restaurant/bar is perfect for returning after long days of sightseeing and having a glass of wine and salad and pasta. The staff is friendly, helpful truly a delightful place to stay.

A truly amazing experience - I could not praise the staff enough for their attention to detail and ability to create a family atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained, and the spa area is particularly relaxing. All the staff were great, but a special shout out to Goncalo and Jean.
