It was a great spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Cape Town during our stay there without going to far (it was about a twenty minute trip from the waterfront). AustraliaConstantia View exceeded our expectations. We took the time to read the listing in detail, and there were, therefore, no surprises. Our unit (the Africa Unit) was modern and beautifully finished with an eclectic mix of furnishings & ornaments. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was great to have access to a pair of barbeques, one gas and one charcoal, on which to braai in the evenings. The staff on the premises were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. The owner had indicated by way of a letter prior to our arrival that she would be on vacation during our stay, but this did not stop her from ensuring that we had everything we needed. Toko, the housekeeper, was very helpful, as were the two gentlemen working on site. There was ample parking off-street, and the high walls and large gate at the front helped to make one feel secure. This is important when travelling in South Africa, and special care has been taken in this regard. I discovered that I could walk from the apartment gate for 0.5km and enter the Groot Constantia Wine Estate at a gate near the staff quarters! This was amazing and highlights just how well-located the place is.
All in all, a 10/10 experience.

Really nice apartment with great view over the mountains. The garden was perfect with the pool and you can always find both sun and shade to enjoy. Lovely decorated flat with everything you need! Me and my family will definitely come back! Safe area and super friendly owners!

Wonderful cottage, well equipped with everything you need, friendly staff and owner, easy communication, beautiful garden where you can enjoy the pool, safe parking inside the gate, quiet and relaxing. On our last day we could even check out a couple of hours later because no other guests where coming on this day, which was extremly comfortable for us.

It's a lovely setting- garden and pool. The best part....the beds and bed linen is glorious! Only had an overnight stay but couldn't have asked for more! Tourists must love it!
