Everything was perfect. Free parking inside property. Good breakfast with a nice coffee. 20 min walking distance to Ciampino train station. From there, it's just 15 min to Rome station by train, and that cost just 1.50 euro. So here is the best place if you travel by car too. Just don't forget to check in online before your arrival to get access code to the apartment. I had forgotten to do that. I had nice contact via watsapp with the receptionist. Very friendly person. .

We had an incredible stay. The facilities were absolutely amazing - everything was spotless, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 - fresh, varied, and delicious. It is in a beautiful setting. The property has 2 pools, one private and the other more central. The gardens and buildings are very well maintained and have a rustic but updated charm. It is private and very quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our service dog. He was very well received by the staff.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so kind & helpful. We were collected from the airport for a modest fee. At the end of our stay they even took us to the metro station to make it easier to get our train to the cruise ship without any charge. They were fantastic, really couldn't do enough. Accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you need. Even complementary freshly baked cake was available in the kitchen. We would have loved to use the balcony and the swimming pool but the weather wasn't too good. The gardens are lovely and the area seemed very safe. We walked to local pizzeria and had the most delicious pizzas and local wine, very cheap. Easily accessable to Rome, bus stop around the corner. Then hop on metro to city, 20 mins or so. We would stay again if we were to come back to Rome.

Its location. You’re close to the town but once inside the gate it’s like you’re miles away from anyone. The property is awesome a pool w a jacuzzi for a bit extra. Loved the clay pot being the filter it was pretty to hear see and go under for a bit of a waterfall effect. Our room was great. The loft above w its own skylight. Bed was comfy. The little kitchen was perfect for us. The bathroom was great large shower. Outside you have your little space w a table chairs and umbrella. You also have a lounger and a rocking type chair. But you still have a couch right outside your door.

It was stunning, the property clean and well organized, everything organic even soap which i like how they try to save environment, no use of plastic We had nice breakfast most of it maid locally in their place, jam, yogurt, olive oil “which i like and purchase one for our home” , the place so green and refreshing
