The staff are very approachable and always attend to needs immediately or as soon as the soonest possible time. The property is located near Alona beach so it is not in a crowded area, so for me, it is an advantage. They have restaurant which cooks fast. The foods they served are well-prepared and good to taste and the price is just right ( the price is cheaper compared to Alona beach restaurants). There is a free transport service to and from Alona beach and is always available anytime. The rooms are well- maintained in terms of cleanliness.

Excellent service, staff and hotel facilities

Probably the best hotel we stayed in this trip. Super clean, huge pool with access straight from your balcony, rooms are very well equipped, bed was super comfortable. Stuff was super nice to us - always smiling, helping us with our questions.. I’d recommend this place to everyone, especially if you drive scooter, as this place located 2 kilometers from Alona Beach

It was an amazing experience and one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel has a brilliant layout, which is why it's never crowded and gives you a feeling of privacy and leisure luxury even when it's fully booked during the holiday season. The staff reacts to your requests immediately and in a very friendly manner. We booked all our activities with our concierge Jack who was extremely helpful. The territory is beautiful, including the beach, and the food is superb. The massage and SPA corner were a whole separate delight.

What a gorgeous resort, with a BEAUTIFUL view, great pool, Great private beach, and best of all the staff Joy & Andrea.

The host Mae, is very sweet and accommodating. She went off of her way to make sure I had everything I need. The room was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and fresh water. The bathroom is spacious and the 60 inch smart TV was nice to watch movies on. They have a beautiful pool that the owner cleans daily and the rooftop decks on each unit really add another dimension to the room. The mini split AC kept the room chilled and the ceiling fans inside, on the front porch and on the rooftop deck kept me cool and comfortable. The wifi worked great. It's close to Alona and centrally located but it can be a little tricky to find. Once you find it you'll be happy every time you come home. Great place for me. I'll always stay here when I'm in panglao!!

The location is perfect as it is beach front. The sky pool is where the stayed the most as it has a restaurant and bar. The staff is wonderful! Will definitely book another one next soon! :)

Chris and Chatty prepared a primer (suggested activities, food, rentals, etc.), which really helped in our trip. Stiffany, the caretaker, was quick to respond and was in the area most of the time. Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

Hidden Gem in Panglao – Super Relaxing & Friendly! My friends and I had such a great stay at Mayana Resort! If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind while exploring Bohol, this is it. The location is quiet and relaxing, about 15 minutes from Alona Beach — far enough to avoid the noise but still close enough to get there easily by scooter or tricycle. We actually loved being away from the crowds and coming back to a calm, green oasis at the end of the day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. We were greeted with a cold drink and friendly smiles, and the service stayed consistently amazing throughout our stay. Big shoutout to Diana, who was always super helpful and professional, and to Anna at the bar and restaurant – she’s a gem! Our room was spacious, super clean, and really comfortable. Great bed, strong A/C, a nice modern bathroom, and even a balcony overlooking the pool. The little touches like a large safe (big enough for a laptop), fridge, and blackout curtains made a big difference. The pool was a favorite — clean, big enough to swim properly, and even has a deep end (over 7ft!). It's perfect for cooling off in the heat. Just watch the edges – they can be a bit rough, but it didn’t bother us. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we ended up eating there most nights. They offer everything from Filipino dishes to Austrian options (yes, ostrich burger too!), and the staff were happy to accommodate special requests — like making a veggie curry or poached eggs even though they weren’t on the menu. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with several options to choose from. The coffee and fresh juice were a great way to start the day. And when we had to leave early one morning for diving, they packed us up a breakfast to go — such a thoughtful touch! They also rent out good scooters, which made getting around super easy. And if you don’t drive, the staff can quickly call a tricycle or taxi for you.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and nice, restaurant has quality food. Breakfast is not buffet, made to order which i think is great. Quiet environment, place is very clean.
