Everything was great, the staffs were really nice and welcoming. There is Alper one of the guys at the reception he was so helpful, i had an issue with so much noise coming from the next room close to mine and after i complained he immediately changed my room with no difficulty and gave me an even better upgraded room. He was so nice and caring. He is the best! Oh and hotel is close to malls and tram stations, so convenient to move around İstanbul.

Good location in case you are in a long transfer, 10 min drive from the airport. Nice staff and good breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable. I stayed 2 times and will keep coming back.
