I visited the Canberra Museum and gallery, national archives,national film and sound archives, national library, nationional museum, national gallery, portrait gallery, national botanic garden, the casino (small but has happy hour 4-6), Canberra centre shopping centre, walked around the lake, saw a few shows at the Canberra theatre. Lots to see and do!"

Location was good for the sightseeing we did. The bus stop for the main line was near the supermarket but we were never able to find the place to buy tickets for the bus. Restaurants were only about 2 blocks away as well as a supermarket. Room was a bit smaller than I thought but adequate. It was clean and overall looked good. They offered complimentary water, coca cola, candy, and apples which was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Truly a great choice when visiting Canberra. Convenient location and excellent confort in this recent hotel where all rooms even the smallest are fully equiped like a studio apartment one would live in for longer stays. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was beautiful and very comfortable beds. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary. Pool, sauna and gym facilities were a great touch. Parking was made easy with a super convenient location. One of the best stays I have had, will definitely be going back.

The hotel is at an excellent location, with everything from restaurants and shops right there on a short walk. The hotel promised to be pet friendly and they were not only friendly but amazingly friendly! Fully recommended to travel with your pets as both the room and facilities in general are great. They had some goodies in the entrance to welcome the pets (treats, wet wipes, doggy bags) that were also great!

I stayed for 4 nights, I wished a stayed for a few more days...

I stayed for 4 nights, I wished a stayed for a few more days, but I like to take my time. Everything was so close. If you can book meal places a head of time specially on weekends. I had a great time and will be going back, this time in warmer weather. There is so much to see culturally politically scientifically.

Kingston location was very convenient for us as was easy to drive to Parliament House and to the National Gallery. The little convenience market near where we stayed was very handy and had friendly staff. The eateries along the dockside gave us a great choice of food. We had a very enjoyable evening stroll after eating and it was nice to see people out walking their dogs.

It's like any other newly built development area with many offices, but if you want modern facilities and several restaurants and shops, it might be practical to stay here. There seems to be convenient public transport to the tourist sites of Canberra.

Appartment was stunning, got to meet the owners who where just lovely people ( yes it got that bad the owners had to turn up to help sort this issue out ), gorgeous views of that side of the city. Look the apprtment was lovely and location was perfect.........if not for madecomfy and their lack of care or attention to fixing a very major issue......id have enjoyed ny stay, but being forced to sleep in a car or spend another $700+ on one nights accom after already spending $2k is disgusting. Still no offer to return a nights value from the price of the appartment or have i recived a return on the money I PAID OUT FOR THE LOCKSMITH!!!! Am contacting victoria consumer affairs today, this company is very dodgy and needs investigation.

Had a hard time reading the numbers on the dial to gain access to the keys ( arrived after sunset ). Was uncomfortable with the amount of personal information collected when renting. Overall good unit, good location, would return.

Close drive to Dickson with many food and restaurant options as well as coles and woolworths for groceries. Recommend Jimmy's Place at Dickson for yummy chinese. About 15 minutes to city centre. Was here to paint the landscape with many artists for Capital Plein Air in Autumn and the views were amazing. Don't miss a visit to the National Arboretum. All the places I painted at had beautiful views - Cuppacumbalong Homestead at Tharwa, Government House, Cotters Bend /Casuarina Pool, The National Triangle, Weston Park, Bowen Park, Kingston Foreshore. Need a full day to see all the War Memorial galleries, the National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery of Australia were inspiring.

Tuggeranong was close to the people I was visiting.

Tuggeranong was close to the people I was visiting. We were out and about all 5 days and Tuggeranong was within 20 minutes drive from all the places we went to. Good cafes and restaurants close by. The view from our big balcony was very pleasing.

Close to the lake (the Lake cafe was excellent) and lots of other things to see - the Library; the National Gallery; Portrait Gallery. Bike lanes close and as an added bonus, we were only an easy walk away from the balloon festival so were able to get up early and see them take off. Amazing!

Location and facilities were excellent.

Location and facilities were excellent. Communication with the hosts was exceptional and prompt. They included a short YouTube clip on everything from walking to the lock box to collect the keys, getting into and parking in your reserved bay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well laid out. We had the convenience of being able to cook or visit local restaurants. Supermarkets were close by and the light rail a stone throw away. The apartment was quiet and peaceful.

I visited most of the major attractions during my trip and really enjoyed the experience. The city has a great mix of nature, history, culture, and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth visiting!
