This newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

The roof top area is the best in Perth. An breakfast English buffet style breakfast on the roof top at a fixed price might go down well. The a la carte menus are awesome but a bit daunting.

This hotel is top notch. The staff were great, the location is very special, and the room was especially clean and comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet was super with a lovely view over the river!
