Food, personnel, everything.

The reception staff and the hotel maids were exceptionally efficient welcoming and kind. The room I was given exceeded my expectations tenfold. The rooms were kept very clean throughout the stay and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach is very accessible from the hotel.

This hotel is an exceptional one. It is very close to the beach, like 5 minutes walking without kids, 7 minutes with kids. The room was clean, the bathroom was newly renovated. The parking is in front of the hotel and the parking price is normal, not extreme like in other places. The all inclusive bar was perfect. The food from all 3 main meals was great. Good food and always 5-6-7 choices, more than enough to eat different each day and not to get bored (this if you don't eat a little of all at each meal). The food was very good. Even hotel staff (waiters, bartenders, receptionists) were eating from the same food it was offered to the guests. They always waited till the end of the meal, and only after they served from what was left. But this makes you feel very confident that the food is perfectly clean and with good ingredients. The pool was good and it even has a small playground for the kids. There is something very important here: there is natural shadow from the trees next to the pool and for the outside tables. It is great to have these trees and all the beautiful flowers there.

This is one of the best true 5-star hotels visited so far. Everything deserves 5 stars: cleanliness, food quality, facilities, and especially the staff. Truly an outstanding stay, both amazing and deeply impressive.
