I was from Francistown and catching up the flight to South Africa the following day. The check out time was 11h00 am and my flight was in the afternoon so i requested for a late check out and they were very understanding.

Cleanliness, ease of use, rest rooms were convenient. Staff was excellent, customer service was on point! Great experience!

Cony at the front desk was most helpful with a speedy check in process. She also arranged for staff driver Henry to take us to town. Henry provided great commentary and was a great impromptu tour guide. To finish off our server Desire was fantastic.

The location, the room, and the people. It’s a beautiful property. I was across from a banana tree and beside the local birds hangout so they sang to me at sunset.

The room also had excellent lighting, good air conditioning, and a calm atmosphere perfect for both rest and work. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. From hot dishes to fresh fruits and beverages, everything was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. It was the perfect way to start my day.
