Very good location - few meters fron the evening life centre, but far enough from the main street and restaurants noise. Nice pool and beach area. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Wifi ok

It was near the beach, cafes and bars. They have air conditioning and very comfortable beds. A perfect place to relax.

We had an excellent at Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. We originally booked a garden view suite, and during our stay there was an issue that came up, but the way the hotel handled the situation truly impressed us. The general manager, Rashid, was extremely professional, understanding, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of and upgraded my family and me to an ocean view suite to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were excellent friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was also very good. Shakira at breakfast was excellent! She made our pancakes delicious!!Overall, the customer service and hospitality stood out the most and made our experience memorable. Thank you to Rashid and the entire team for turning the situation around and making our stay enjoyable.

Quiet, beds are comfortable at least for the luxury villa not sure about the other rooms, fully stocked kitchen supplies. This would be a great stay for big families and of planning to make meals. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Amazing location, close to center but much more quiet and calm, accommodations were very nice with air conditioning. The bikes were a plus we didn’t expect and very helpful to get faster to the center.

We loved the pool it was so relaxing. They also had kayaks and paddleboards available to use that were included with the cost of the room. It was a major bonus. They had bikes available to rent which was a really fun way to get around the island. The best part of all was their in house boating options with fishing and snorkeling. It was a bit pricier then other places bit it was just us and the guide was amazing. we had an amazing time.

Room very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Even had paper Towels which I find a lot of places in central and South America don’t provide. The owners were friendly and super helpful. I had a food tour and didn’t set my alarm correctly so I was running late. The owner asked one of the staff to drive me to my destination. You can rent a half cart from the owners. Most people do rent but walking into town was easy . I walked most of the time.

Mike the owner was awesome and fun to talk to. So were the housekeeping staff. Felt very comfortable. Stayed in the budget room next to the pool. The view from the roof top deck was amazing..when the sun set, the view was breathtaking. The hotel was 5 min straight walk from the Caribbean Sprinter water taxi...No golf cart needed unless you wanted to visit Secret Beach. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for having a wonderful comfortable place!

Brand new and beautiful property. We were the very first guests and were treated like royalty. The suite was beautiful, clean, very spacious and perfectly located. 10/10 loved it.

Accommodation was basic. But I enjoyed everything about it.

It was clean. The views from the top floor are very nice, and it's close to where the transport drops you off on the Caye.

It was very conveniently located and away from noise center. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The beach and dock were nice... they even provided a free snack in morning which we had for breakfast along with tea and coffee.

Due to a leak in our room from the high winds and rain we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen and living space. Also it had a large balcony with a view of the water. It was great to have all the extra room and cooking space. The place also offered laundry service for free. Very close to restaurants and bars. Staff helped arrange a golf cart rental to get around. Also assisted with taxi to and from the condo.
