The room was large with a wing back chair and a desk. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived very late and checked in after 2 am. We did not take advantage of the breakfast as we slept in.

The property was well-located for us to do our shopping for our university bound son. Everything we looked for was in the immediate area. The hot breakfast had eggs and sausage along with the usual variety of other items. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was the best value hotel in the Waterloo region and leas than 4 kilometres to the St. Jacobs Farmers Market as well.

We are looking forward to returning to Hampton Inn when we visit Waterloo again. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large and well-maintained. The housekeeping team is friendly and efficient. The hotel's proximity to St. Jacob Farmer's Market is convenient. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to open up the pool for our family to use, even though no other guests were planning on using the pool.

I liked all of it. Right from the time you check in you feel very comfortable. They let you know where all the amenities are, and what time the pool area closes. The room was spotless clean and the bed was very comfy. The outdoor grounds are very well taken care of and you could find a spot to stretch out and read a book. They also give you 2 complimentary waters and pop.
