EVERYTHING! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel at an AMAZING PRICE!! ITS A GORGEOUS HOTEL!! I had a procedure at UPMC MERCY the next morning and was so comfortable and felt safe! Alot of the hotels in the area charged 40-60 for parking and 50 -100 in incidentals. We paid the room fee and 100 in incidentals was held on our card and as soon as we checked out it was released. They also offer free valet for all hotel guest! We can't wait to go back soon!! They also had delicious food. The pictures included are from pur room!

Great setup for people traveling with children. Instead of pull out couch the couch is wide enough to sleep on and there is a trundle bed. Kids rated it much more comfortable than pull out couch. Breakfast was a notch nicer than usual included hotel breakfast.

Philly is an exceptional city for the arts and for history.

Philly is an exceptional city for the arts and for history. Public transportation is difficult to deal with except for the Phlash bus, which is free for seniors. Thankfully, given the size of the metropolis, the center city is very compact, and sites are easily accessible. Highly recommended: Philadelphia Art Museum, Rodin Museum, Kimmel Center, Academy of Music, Highmark Mann Pavillion, Independence Hall, Carpenter's Hall, Betsy Ross House, Christ Church, Museum of the American Revolution, and American Constitution Center. Not recommended: Barnes Foundation, which has exceptional art that is strangely displayed in a way that detracts from the paintings, overwhelms the eye, and is frustratingly uninformative. By far, it is the worst art museum experience we have ever had anywhere in the world!

Honestly, while quite walkable, the city doesn't seem to have a lot going on (downtown). That said, riding the funicular was fun, as was walking across the bridge to the ballpark. If we were staying longer, it would have been great to check out the greater Pittsburgh area. one important thing to note - everyone we encountered in hospitality was WONDERFUL. Just great. Didn't matter where we ate/drank - service was top notch and friendly. We felt welcomed.

Hershey isn't just for kids!

Hershey isn't just for kids! We are a retired couple and had a blast there. ChocolateTown was about as fun as you can get. We did tours, made candy bars, ate chocolate and just had fun. Be prepared to spend money, but totally worth it. Downtown Hersey was just as fun. Great restuarants that have happy hour time. Just walking down the street is fun. Would recommend if you never been there, Go!

If you are on your way to Niagara Falls from the Mid-West I highly recommend you spend at least 1 day at Presque Isle. We went up into the lighthouse and the volunteers were very knowledgeable about the lighthouse and the region. Which we could have spent more time. The beaches were amazing but don't plan on doing any swimming - the water was COLD!!

We did it all in one day but probably should have planned on two. The museum was a great place to start. Note that you do have to pay for museum, film and cyclorama that is talked up ($20+ for all three or $15+ for just museum.) We did just the museum and kind of rushed through it- and it still took over an hour. LOTS to see and read and learn!! The we went into downtown and had lunch on the street in the square, walked down Baltimore for some history there (pretty cool stuff) then went back to museum and did the auto tour. Again, we took about 3/4 hours on the tour but kind of rushed through the stops. If I got to do this trip again- I would do a day at the Museum then another day for the Auto Tour and really take time with each exhibit and stop. Plan in walking and if you are up for stairs- climb the stairs for high up view when you can! Gorgeous views!! We also had dinner at the Dobbin house- very neat historical home- dinner was pricey but very good! Worth it for sure!

We went to school at PSU 50 years ago. Our kids went there 10-15 years ago. The downtown area is now a claustrophobic jumble of high rises. What was once a nice college town now looks horrible. I doubt that we will be back.

Historic walkable downtown with lots of restaurants and a couple of breweries and a distillery. A really nice Irish shop with the Red Stag Irish pub above and behind it. Lots of Moravian historical buildings and the home of the Moravian University. The old Bethlehem Steelworks and the Hoover-Mason trestle which takes you right up close to the old blast furnaces and provides some historical markers is a must see stop,
