This was great. Love having thermal bath access, especially in the snow. The food was nice, wait staff friendly, great selection . Common areas are updated and well maintained. A very relaxing stay. Definitely worth getting half board it would be a hassle to go elsewhere for dinner.

The place is magic. This nearly 90-year-old hotel will take you back in time with historic exhibitions, breakfasts accompanied by live music and a unique setting. Superb location, great spa facilities, tasty food, and a romantic atmosphere. Love it

Conveniently located and the staff were top notch. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view of the castle from the room was a big pleasant bonus. The chef in particular accommodated our 3 vegan guests with options at dinner and breakfast on no notice from us, and with a professional and extremely pleasant attitude. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I was really amazed by the interior it really met my style what I like. The colors, furniture etc... The wellness was absolutely great and offered a wide choice of options. Having breakfast with a breathtaking view of Matra... I think I do not have to write more about it... Basically the whole staying was absolutely wonderful. Many thanks for the whole staff, because we always meet some nice words or just a smile what I think represents that really good people working there. The management of the hotel can be proud from the cleaners, kitchen workers to the waitresses,bartenders. Be aware that not always the shiny things but the hospitality will power the guests to visit again you. And you are on a good way! Many thanks for everything.

It's very good hotel nice for termals, mostly the retired people use, didn't had much young people. Breakfast/dinner is okay nothing fancy

The SPA section is very nice, especially the Jacuzzi pool. A lot of space in the room, efficient climatization.

The breakfast was extra-ordinary, and the very friendly helpful staff. Ask for a free parking spot right across the street, quite convenient - as can walk everything in the city.

Precise booking, reception service, and always smiling and helpful staff. They let me one more hour delay with the checkout as a bonus. I received exactly the room I requested. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold options including some pastries and three kinds of pate.

Outstanding hotel. We last went maybe 10 years ago and wanted to come back ever since. Finally this year we got the opportunity to, and it is every bit as good as we remember. The staff are great, spa facilities are some of the best in the world and in perfect condition. Great food and drink and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. We hope to visit again. Location is also perfect for visiting Tokaj and Boldogko castle.

More than perfect location, the Macok restaurant is something exceptional, easy access to the Dobo Square, unbeatable price/value ratio, comfortable bed.... What else you need. I will definitely come back.
