Quiet and relaxing place. The food is exceptionally good, and there is always a different variation of choice.

Breakfast and included Spa access was excellent. Even after check-out we received bracelets to the spa, for the last day before leaving. Reception staff was very kind, helped us with all our needs, even arranged taxi for us to Nickelsdorf. Thank you, see you next year!

Excellent location, helpful staff. Tidy rooms. Delicious food. A short walk through the pedestrian area to the thermal lake. Lots of amenities all around the hotel. They offer discount tickets for the lake bath. Definitely recommend

Lovely, place. Super Staff, Borbas Szolt is one of the nicest people i’ve met ever at a hotel. He really made sure we had all we needed. He organized lunch, early check in etc etc.

Easy access from the highway. Early check-in accommodated without any issues. Very friendly staff at the reception desk. Abundance of private parking space and much of it in a deep shade of the trees, came very useful on extremely hot summer days. The whole property is well maintained, resembles more of a cozy hunting lodge typical for the region.

The location was great, the staff was very helpful and the room was very nice and warm.

Outdoor pool was functional with very warm water Nice addition considering is early January. Food selection was variate and abundant. Spa and sauna facilities really pleasant. Entrance alley to the spa was winter serviced to prevent slipping.

Hotel is very close to the Heviz lake. Hotel employees were all very Nice and tryed their best for my stay to be comfortable as posušile.

Big rooms, great for family, close to the water, a lovely swimming pool and sauna. Reali nice staff.

The mineral pools were wonderful. The dining, breakfast and dinner, was excellent. The location is delightful. It is good that pool shoes are available in the gift shop. The steam room and sauna are very hot. Plan on sticking to the guidelines for use.

The location is convenient. Good breakfast. The room is spacious and clean, very quiet. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Its what need. In all big capacity they manage very clean rooms. To compare with some they are top, especialy cleaning part 👍

Good stuff and great room. The ticket for the therme it's included in your stay and you can even access them on the check-out day. Nice breakfast aswell.

We had a triple room, which was absolutely enormous, and we loved the feeling of not being all cramped together as it is the case in other hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely go there again!

The hotel was overall decent for a short stay. The location was convenient, especially for getting around the city, and check-in was smooth. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The room was clean, though a bit basic, and could use some updating. Breakfast had a few good options, though it was quite simple. This hotel works well if you're looking for something functional and affordable. Not luxurious, but it gets the job done.
