Comfortable stay and very close to the airport. Fantastic service by the staff. Decent breakfast as well as dinner.

This was a wonderful hotel, and I would highly recommend it! Has a wonderful rooftop bar-restaurant, with a very soulful singer, doing a live performance. The rooms are comfortable and good, in particular, the deluxe rooms facing the sea have a wonderful view to wake up to!! The other restaurant, downstairs for regular food, is also good providing quality dishes, only it can get a bit crowded at times.

Clean, 24h service, two restaurants, live music and very polite and nice stuff service from all we met during 4 night stay, from Prosenjit, Abir, Rasmita, Rony, Akram ( forgot two other names ) .

The property is centrally located with easy access to auto rickshaws for local, nearby trips. It’s neat and clean with a rooftop restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices. The hospitality of the staff is very good and would recommend anyone.

That's probably the best hotel on the island. There are regular busses right in front going to Chidya Tapu Beach, that is the best beach on Adaman. It's away from the city, wich was a big plus for us, but with markets nearby. The Wifi works well and the service as well as the rooms is great. They also have free transfer from the airport.

Perfect stay and super supportive staff

Hotel Managers , F&B Managers and staff are very kind and professional about their Job. Very friendly staff and always eager to help you. Guest may feel it's another home for them. Stayed there for short duration , however, willing to visit many more times. Special mention to Managers Sandeep , Aakash and Pankaj being very friendly and above par service . Breakfast and dinner was really tasty . View can't be described in words , as it was so amazing that finding correct words can be less. Opening the window curtains gives you a view of lifetime.

The owner Mr. Ravi is so friendly and helpful not only with respect to the hotel but in all touring activities including booking of tickets and arranging cabs etc. Breakfast was arranged on time and tasty. Tea was arranged whenever wanted. Memorable tour

The location of resort is the best one can ask for, a 1 minute walk will take you to the best beach you would have ever seen. To top this, the place has the best host who would make you comfortable right from your arrival. The food here is amazing and has friendly staff. All in all, it was the best experience and would suggest this budget friendly place to everyone.

The location is amazingly beautiful

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. I was traveling with my minor daughter and I requested for a late check out and was willing to pay for it. But the staff kindly granted me my request and did not charge a single extra rupee. Additionally, I messed up by taking the room keys with me causing them a lot of inconvenience. Despite this, the staff were kind and polite and worked with me to return back their key. I highly recommend Serene Palace for a budget stay in Port Blair.

Walking distance to Aberdeen Bazaar and Central Bus Stayion. Brand new hotel . Food is good. Reception very helpful.
