Breakfast is good. But location is a bit far from the station. Shuttle bus is convenient to/from the station, so it's not a problem except finding the dinner place near the hotel.

The front staff, Mr. Yamada was so nice. He was so nice that he brought a ticket of breakfast to the second floor right after we asked. After a while, we found it was our own mistake that we left one card in the room and went to the restaurant - We do apologize, and appreciated Mr. Yamada's quick reaction with hospitality.

Spacious and clean and intuitively laid out. Great value for the price. The outlet power is fantastic for those in need of the full 100v. And the mochi potato cakes at breakfast were the cherry on top

Everything was neat and tidy and serviceable, in a lively and very central area. Car parking was an extra cost but the car was right outside the front door. Breakfast was also good.

The resort is an older building, but spacious. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. Kind of customer oriented rather being profit oriented. There are much free selections available to all. The staff is great too. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The staffs were super nice and friendly. It was easy to communicate with them. The rooms are very comfortable for stay with all the necessary things like toothbrush, soap, etc.

The room was very comfortable, the facilities were great too, going up the elevator there’s a beautiful view of the castle. The staff was friendly and kind, breakfast was great!
