I like that the ticket for free breakfast can be used to lunch instead. We are not really into breakfast, so having it use to lunch instead was fantastic. The staff were so nice and friendly. Its nice that they offer 2 sets of slippers, 1 for outdoor use and 1 for indoor use. The location was also perfect because its really close to restaurants and convenience store.

The room was nice and very clean. We had a problem with our aircondition when we got there and the staff was fast in helping us. The rest of the staff were very accommodating. There was a luggage service in the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff even filled in the form for us. The breakfast was superb! The location is great as well.

Private beach, onsen and food were all incredible. Loved the rec centre with local wildlife and flowers.

Nice resort, with a beautiful beach and amazing swimming pool. Room facility is more than expectation. Breakfast is very good level combine Japanese and western styles. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is well located. Very close to convenience store, Bise Fukugi, Churaumi aquarium and exclusive access to Emerald beach. At reception, you can get cheaper tickets to the aquarium. Staff was so attentive, helpful and polite. They helped us many times and even made restaurant reservation for us. There is a shuttle bus to bring the hotel guests to the other "sister" hotel and shopping area. Many restaurants are available there. Breakfast was very good. Different options every day. Food was great. Breakfast staff flawless again. Good facilities - small shop around reception, nice pool, washing machines and dryers available with small cost.

I like everything offered. Especially i love free-drink which i had at ANNEX building. And dinner included may local cuisines , I and my kids enjoyed a lot.

We liked everything! It was such a good decision to book this apartment. First, the location is perfect if you want to tour the whole island. Its in the middle. A nice beach is just in front of the apartment. It has everything you need for a convenient week stay. Although unmanned, it was super easy to check in as the instructions are accurate. Communication with the host was also easy and they reply promptly. We had a super great vacation and would definitely return if ever come back to Okinawa.

Close to beach and sports. Very solid had 2 typhoons occur and one tsunami warning in the 3 weeks I was there, I felt very safe. Lovely Onsen (hot springs), as an American it is an amazing experience (read up on the customs prior). As a solo traveler didn’t try the French restaurant as no al a carte was available. The English speaking hosts were very accomidating.

I showed up dripping wet from a bike ride from Naha, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room and bed were comfortable, the sendo (public bath) was relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was great! I liked my stay so much, I just booked them again after a loop up north. There's also a grocery and drug store nearby, plus the local attractions.

The room is very clean and very big which is convenience to our family. Location is great, easy to drive around with short distance.

I loved the privacy of having a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was big as well so it was very comfortable.

It’s beautifully cared for. It’s unique combination of Okinawa and Hawaii will have us dreaming of returning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great variety. We miss it already!

There was ample parking, Guest Services personnel were super friendly, and the decor was tastefully appointed.

Ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Japanese mattress area was suitable for family with baby/toddler. My baby can use the area for crawling and sleep without having to worry she will fall off the bed. There is a family mart downstair which is very convenient. Very short drive to the aquarium. Check-in was easy with remote VDO call to staff.

Literally everything was perfect! It’s my second time here and I still love the place the same as last time. The view from the room only worths 10 stars already.

The amenities of this property and spaciousness of the room were amazing. Free parking, toiletries, and Netflix (account was provided; we didn't use ours). There is a washing machine and dryer with detergent provided. 7-11 was right next door. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. We slept comfortably, and it was very quiet.

Very nice clean rooms, huge TV, microwave and freezer. You can stay for longer days and eat inside. Amenities were also nice. I especially enjoyed the bad on second floor.
