Super hotel. Very clean, modern, and in a great location. We found street parking easily nearby so didn't pay the $20 to park in the garage. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a modern setting.

We came to Asheville to enjoy a romantic weekend and bop around to different in town restaurants and music. The views from the hotel are gorgeous and the complimentary cocktail hour was a great warm-up to the evening plans. Also, the breakfast was excellent because it’s hosted in a lovely dining space that feels spacious and welcoming with vies of the mountains. I would recommend!

We come to Cherokee a few times a year because my niece is in University nearby and so far this is the best hotel we've stayed in, as far as comfort value and the friendliness of the staff it cannot be beat. The room and beds were very comfortable and the AC got super cold and worked very well. The fridge and microwave were both very clean and functional, the bathroom was well appointed and everything worked well and was clean. I interacted with multiple employees over our weeks stay and they were all kind and genuine and friendly and warm. We will definitely be returning. The location is perfect, right across the street from the casino and right next to the pancake House and the gas station. The parking lot is flat, and there are beautiful views

Reminded me of motels I stayed in as a child when traveling with my grandparents. This one was super clean, plenty of towels, bed was very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained. The owner built a fire outside in the fire pit. Plenty of seating around the ring. We had a very nice interaction with housekeeping as we were leaving-super nice ladies. Will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful being next to a running creek just listening to it was so relaxing. Only spoke to what I believe is the owner of the property and she was an absolutely wonderful woman. The room was very clean, we opted for a smoking room with a Jacuzzi tub which was absolutely wonderful for my girl. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all

Great location! Amazing value, rooms are comfortable and clean! I did not partake in any breakfast accommodations but I did like that breakfast was available until the later morning. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and always had a smile.

I have been to Cherokee many times in the past so I didn't feel the need to "sight see"this trip. I went to Cherokee to rest and relax. It was the perfect short getaway. Beautiful mountains, river was gorgeous, elk walked in the river right outside my motel balcony. It was thrilling to witness them in person. I highly recommend Cherokee as a destination worth the trip.

Boone was very beautiful with the snow covered mountains and snow covered buildings. Icicles hanging in the trees. Dress for freezing weather thick coat, scarf, hat, gloves and thick socks. I was toasty even with the wind whipping by. We shopped the day after graduation and everything was easy to find. We are ate at Chili’s but it was less than desirable. I have a no salt diet but my meal was loaded with salt. I brought the steak home for my dog, so he thought it was good! Wish we had went to Daniel Boone Inn or a steak house.

A slice of sweet bliss, walking the lake or just taking in the view. Crepe and Custard near the pool is an awesome stop for breakfast or lunch. The kayaks are hard to get. Reserve online if you can. We took a Swan paddle boat - fun, but very hard to steer :) Ate at Vale's, excellent food and service. Takes reservations. Discovered Frog Level Brewing Co. in Waynesville. Plenty of seats on the outdoor patio and dog friendly. Bob Dylan wannabe provided entertainment. Sincere if not on key.

Beech Mountain was a wonderful vacation. I went in mid June and it was fantastic! The weather was soooo nice!!! High of 70 the whole week, which was such an amazing break from my normal 90+ degree weather. I highly recommend Beech Mountain for your next family get away.

Wonderful little town.

Wonderful little town. It's like a mini version of Asheville. The locals were great! Good choice of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A couple of the place have live music on the weekends. Excellent shopping available. The town is very easy to get around. We had a great time and are planning to come back again soon!

Taking a walk around Tomahawk Lake; other than that, unless you enjoyed drinking and hanging out at pubs, there was nothing about Black Mountain enjoyable; no fun activities for couples, again, unless you were drinking - and we don't drink!
