The staff was entirely friendly! Isaiah in the Valet treated me like VIP. Lynsey at the kitchen bar treated me well and answered questions about the Cherokee Nation.

Very nice room with a view over Asheville. The mattress was very comfortable. The champagne each evening when we returned was a nice touch.

We came to Asheville to enjoy a romantic weekend and bop around to different in town restaurants and music. The views from the hotel are gorgeous and the complimentary cocktail hour was a great warm-up to the evening plans. Also, the breakfast was excellent because it’s hosted in a lovely dining space that feels spacious and welcoming with vies of the mountains. I would recommend!

The hotel looked great on the website and didn't disappoint in person. It was very easy to find, just outside of central Asheville with plenty of restaurant options closeby. As soon as you enter the hotel,you know it's different to the ones you've previously visited. It's bright,modern and a bit quirky with great decor. Check in was quick and easy and the room was great with the softest beds we've ever slept in. It was like lying on a big marshmallow 😀 And the bathroom was the only place on our three week trip that had a proper walk in shower , rather than a bath and shower curtain combi in most hotels so that was a nice touch. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of both hot and cold foods including oats,cereal,eggs,bacon,pancakes etc. There is plenty of free parking and it even had a gas fired fire pit in front of the hotel that was nice to sit around when we came back from dinner. They also have a great indoor swimming pool that was so warm, it was like swimming in a bath 😃 This hotel was definitely our favourite of the trip. It's a notch above the general hotels of this price bracket and we felt like we'd arrived at a much more expensive hotel than we'd paid for. They have set the bar high. Other chains need to follow 👍

We come to Cherokee a few times a year because my niece is in University nearby and so far this is the best hotel we've stayed in, as far as comfort value and the friendliness of the staff it cannot be beat. The room and beds were very comfortable and the AC got super cold and worked very well. The fridge and microwave were both very clean and functional, the bathroom was well appointed and everything worked well and was clean. I interacted with multiple employees over our weeks stay and they were all kind and genuine and friendly and warm. We will definitely be returning. The location is perfect, right across the street from the casino and right next to the pancake House and the gas station. The parking lot is flat, and there are beautiful views

Location, staff, price Just far enough from the crowds, and close to good food

After being greeted by very friendly and helpful staff we went to our modern and clean room. The bed heads had built in lit scenes of the area. Breakfast was excellent and constantly being replenished by a hard working team. We would definitely return to this accommodation.

Super hotel. Very clean, modern, and in a great location. We found street parking easily nearby so didn't pay the $20 to park in the garage. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a modern setting.
