Our stay here was absolutely unforgettable! The location is absolutely perfect—it is well within walking distance to both the main waterfalls and the observatory viewpoint. The setting is breathtaking, nestled right in the middle of lush green scenery and surrounded by local farmers working beautifully in their rice and corn fields. It feels incredibly authentic and peaceful. Excellent aircondition. The staff here are fantastic and always greet you with a warm smile. We loved the breakfast options, too; there is a great variety to choose from, and they even may pack / provide sandwiches to go for day of exploring instead of eating local food.

We like the hospitality of the owner. She provided us with all our requests on immediate basis. The rooms were spacious and had a great view. The place was very centrally located near the Tiger cave and Ban Gioc waterfalls.

It was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable. Amazing black out curtains. No light came in and we slept great on comfy beds. Staff was available and helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. And allowed us early check in after a long night of travel

Very close to the waterfall just 1-2 minute walking distance. The room is clean. Staffs are nice, friendly. Receptionists are knowledgeable about other sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was buffet and typical.

My favorite stay this trip to Vietnam from Saigon to Sapa and here. Perfect peace. Host family so hard working and helpful. Made delicious meals and extra strong coffee. If you are locing for a peaceful remote stay to connect with the countrysytjis is perfect. The cows and water buffalos are herded pass the outdoor eating area each morning. Ladys come to gather water spinch from creek bank and garden has glorious flowers and butterflies.

The familly has shown so much kindness towards me. They helped me way beyond expectation picking me up in the middle of the night at 4 AM. Room was very big and perfectly clean. The scooter I rented was of high quality.

I reserved 5 rooms for one night. The following day we decided to stay another night. As there was a wedding party we needed to change rooms but the whole experience was excellent. The staff helped us move and were very accommodating. They were very responsive on every small request we had. On the second I had a fall and on the morning of the checkout I needed to go for an x-ray. The staff jumped right away to help. Called a friend to drive me the the hospital. One of the staff, Hai, jumped into the car with me and was with me in the hospital. He did everything for me - registration, payment, taking me to the doctor's office (whom turned out to be his good friend) and arranged me to get back to the hospital. I offered him a tip that he didn't accept. And when we were already on our way he inquired how I was doing. Kudos to the staff, especially Hai! In addition to this the hotel felt modern, was clean and excellent value.
