The first floor room smelled very damp and musty, so they allowed me to take room 201 on the 2nd floor. The shower is warm, the bed is comfortable, and the location was quiet at night. The only negative experience was some non-hotel guest knocking on my door early in the morning and refusing to leave until I opened the door. I don’t know why the hotel would allow that. They had the wrong room.

It was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable. Amazing black out curtains. No light came in and we slept great on comfy beds. Staff was available and helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. And allowed us early check in after a long night of travel

I reserved 5 rooms for one night. The following day we decided to stay another night. As there was a wedding party we needed to change rooms but the whole experience was excellent. The staff helped us move and were very accommodating. They were very responsive on every small request we had. On the second I had a fall and on the morning of the checkout I needed to go for an x-ray. The staff jumped right away to help. Called a friend to drive me the the hospital. One of the staff, Hai, jumped into the car with me and was with me in the hospital. He did everything for me - registration, payment, taking me to the doctor's office (whom turned out to be his good friend) and arranged me to get back to the hospital. I offered him a tip that he didn't accept. And when we were already on our way he inquired how I was doing. Kudos to the staff, especially Hai! In addition to this the hotel felt modern, was clean and excellent value.
