My family and I had an amazing experience here! We booked 2 rooms - 1 for my sister and kids and 1 for my parents. They were accommodating enough to ensure our rooms were side by side. Not only that but with an amazing view!! The room and washroom are so clean and well equipped. I cannot express how kind the owner is and how much she has helped. She even showed us the top balcony with an amazing view of sunset bridge in which we had a view of the fireworks every night. She allowed us to use laundry services as well and did not hesitate to help us whenever we needed. Be aware the hotel is on a hill, walking up the hill was a bit tiring but everything is a very close walk including the a super mart and night market. Thank you for such an amazing stay, it was a highlight of our trip!😊

I recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, easy to walk to places or get taxi. The pool was very clean and nice for hot days. Our family of 20 stayed here and everyone enjoyed them selves. The cleaning service was fantastic, daily room change. The breakfast is average, service is great. We had a lot of help organising rooms with Ms Huong. Very friendly staff. Great Value for money. They accommodated us as I had 2 little kids.

We had a great stay. We were upgraded to a garden view room which was nice, even though the rooms are the same. They were spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. Great breakfast and the restaurant was very good in general. Service from staff was excellent. Loved the lay out of the resort. Location is good but there is no direct access the beach.

The breakfast may need some menu change every few days, maybe every Wed and Saturday. I stayed there for 9 days, so I am eating almost the same items every morning. It is only the pho that change every 2-3 days. But not the others. Cleaniness wise, i think it is clean and tidy.

False advertising.

False advertising. Room advertised as "courtyard view" but only view is the back of other bungalows, with AC unit from neighbour pumping hot air onto our deck, making sitting outside very hot, tried to upgrade to pool/courtyard view, and offered to pay extra, but could not, tried to get a refund, but denied by management. Pool looks very nice, but dark tiles attract the heat and make the water feel like a warm bath, so no where to escape the heat other than our room. Beach is quite small, but the staff do a good job keeping it clean of rubbish/plastic that plagues this side of the island, (I would recommend the Eastern side of the island as there was little plastic on the beaches). It does appear obvious that the resort attempts to squeeze as much money as possible from their guests, evident by the higher charges for airport and local transfers, motorbike rental, food, (which was very average) etc. Will not book through booking. com any more, as the website demands payment and there is absolutely no recourse due refund if we are not satisfied with the room on arrival.

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A Wonderful Stay at Anna Sea View Hotel** I had a wonderful experience staying at Anna Sea View Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making my stay very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is located right in the center, which makes it very convenient for getting around and exploring nearby attractions. Everything was easy to access, and the location was a big plus. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service, a comfortable room, and a convenient location. I highly recommend Anna Sea View Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

It’s a fantastic place, culturally rich with outstanding natural beauty: streams, water rock pools, nature and curious steep thatched buildings. It was interesting to see the pearls, pepper farms and the silk worm production. I loved the temples and Sunset Town even if it was raining. I was out of season but benefited from good prices due to this. I enjoyed the European feel here and the French cafe. I enjoyed the beaches, restaurants time and rustic cabin feel. It was cosy and a great breakfast where I was. Fully recommend. I can’t wait to explore more of Vietnam.

Ha Tien is great place of the nature created but will turn the tourists off because the beauty of nature places is not clean and need to repairs it or up grade to make it better in order to attractive to the tourists.
