We had a great time enjoying the Braai area in the courtyard.
The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed.
The welcome of the personnel was warm and nice.

The property is in quiet harmony with the natural environment. The rooms overlook the untouched landscape as far as the eye can see. Wild animals are easily spotted from the private deck. We experienced two game drives per day which allowed us to see the Big Five in just a few days. Led by safari guide Jafari, we were able to get great looks at most of the Pilanesberg wild animals in total safety. On my final day there I made a special request for a Birding Walk around the immediate area and was led by highly experienced guide named Andre through the bush. As we walked for over three hours and 1.63 mi, we observed 47 different bird species including: Spotted Eagle-Owl, Brown Snake-Eagle, Black-winged Kite, Gabar Goshawk, and a Brown-Hooded Kingfisher. The food was prepared by a gourmet chef and was delicious. We all ate at a family style table together for meal time and great conversations.

Everything was incredible! The facilities, the spaciousness of the lodge, the outdoor shower, the pool! Carey & Caitlin were incredible hosts and made our time really special. The groundstaff were also amazing - they managed to keep everything spotless without intruding in anyway.

So we drove with family from Botswana , our friends were already checked in. It was a perfect drive . Observing all road rules, upon arrival, our rooms were ready and the set up was great. We went for dinner and the food was amazing.

Pilanesberg National Park is extraordinary not just for the wildlife, but for the landscape itself. The reserve sits inside the remains of an ancient volcanic crater formed over a billion years ago, creating dramatic rings of hills, rich soils and varied habitats that attract an incredible diversity of animals. Driving through it feels almost prehistoric...rugged rock formations, wide plains and beautiful light everywhere you look. A fascinating mix of geology and safari experience.

The location is within driving distance from Sun City.
The location is within driving distance from Sun City. The room was large enough and suitably furnished. We had quite a variety to choose from for breakfast. The staff was quite friendly and yet respected our privacy.

Sunvillage mall is 20 mins away and Moruleng Mall was about 30-40 mins drive. If you are looking for ATM's and a shopping center Sun village is the closest and you'll find any food items, you need at Spar and fast-food restaurants like Galito's, Macdonalds and KFC.

Spec of the property was great but couldn't use the oven and hob at the same time, could only use one or the other. Our stay was spoiled by loud music (from a local commercial disco) until at least 3 in the morning on our first night & way after 22 on our second night. Wouldn't stay here again purely due to these points.

The overall experience was amazing and Suncity is captivating with its African beauty.
The only downside is that the general quality of food at the various hotel pools have dropped post covid.
All in all definitely a world class resort.

The Pilanesberg National Park is a lovely park close to Johannesburg with everything you want in terms of game viewing. The Kingdom is a great place to stay it's very close to the park and very affordable compared with the lodges inside the Petersburg itself so it's a really good option. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and they take a lot of care to make sure that there's not too much noise in there in the complex so you can you don't have to worry about loud raucous parties necessarily if you're looking to get up early the next morning to go for an early game drive

Convenient to get to from Johannesburg just a three hour drive. Saw a fair number of animals. Didn't enjoy it as much as Tanzania as the drivers can't go off the paths so the animals are often a long way away from the jeeps.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to Manyane gate to enter Pilansberg. Felt safe as the property was patrolled during the night. Comfortable bed. Just overall a very affordable and great resort on our doorstep.

Please also provide filtered coffee for breakfast, not just Ricofy.
Swimming Pool needs maintenance.
Water pressure is too low perhaps this is the municipality issue not theirs.
Electricity outages: please consider backup.
Small parking space and the eating area also is small.
Otherwise it is a nice place to stay with beautiful mountain view.
