Clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. On the Bodensee within a few hours drive to Zurich, Austria, Neuschwanstein Castle and more.

We stayed there for only one night during a business trip. It is a traditional, family-owned hotel with an excellent atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Located a bit off the bike trail, this hotel has a traditional ambiance which we enjoyed. We chose it for its restaurant in which we ate wonderful regional dishes. There is bike storage and a bike shop with the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with nice interior. The indoor as well as the outdoor Swimmingpool were good. The breakfast was well served and overall I’ve enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel. Nice choice in the sorroundings from Friedrichshafen and only 5 min drive from the city.

great location, ultimate clean mess and well equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very kind and friendly. I definitely would recommend staying here.

The Apparment and the communication with the owner is amazing! I war pleasantly suprised how the owner helped us to advise the local beautiful places and the local trafic. And the appartment is simply beautifull!

We loved it here. Unbeatable location, Waking up seeing the mountains, the lake from the balcony and the castle. Super awesome breakfast. Worth every penny and definitely luxury stay. We loved the staff and all the rooms were great. Big showers.

Central in Immenstaad, close to the bus station. Modern kitchen and bathroom.

The staff was extremely inviting and friendly, the room was fantastic and had a great view of the lake, there is a very good wellness area, and the restaurant is phenomenal but it gets booked up so reserve a table in advance.
