Great hotel for families with kids. Amazing daily animations for kids and adults. Perfect and various food. Private access to the beach and water activities for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and wish to come again.

The staff, very attentive, and went above and beyond with service

The staff is very nice. The hotel clean and well organized for the amount of people in the month of August. There was enough chairs and areas for everyone, including those people without children.

Clean and well maintained, rooms are rather simple and divided in different house blocks, capacity of 600+ guests hardly visible apart from peak dinner times and in pool area where you witness “typical German tourist” behavior with people reserving their space as early as possible before going to breakfast. Tennis team is top notch mainly with Simon and Chrissy, also physio with Lennart is excellent. Food is mostly good quality with lots of variations, especially at Gala dinner. Soccer school week from FC Köln attracts slightly different audience than usual, many families and smaller kids. Beach is very nice. Silent disco and white night was definitely a highlight with the house track. Cleaning personnel is excellent as well.

Absolutely 5 star! Beautiful gardens, pools, beach, rooms, spa. Food in buffet was incredible and there were so many choices for people who are gluten and dairy free. Staff are very helpful with whatever needs or requests you have. The rooms have state of the art technology as well as excellent coffee, tea kettle, large bottle of water every day. I can't say enough. I truly didn't want to leave.

Breakfast: The breakfast made me laugh out loud, it was so impressive. I can honestly say I have never experienced a breakfast as comprehensive in my life. Bravo. Room: We were given an unexpected room upgrade to what we believe to be one of the best rooms in the complex. I would love to personally thank the member of staff that granted the upgrinely ade. The room could not have been better. Location: 1.2km from Conil and we had our bicycles with us; couldn't have been better. Staff: Best of all was the attitude of the whole team, from Reception to Cleaners, to Restaurant, every one of your staff just seemed to be happy, smiling and always acknowledged us. Remarkable!

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was incredible. Loved the pools. We would definitely return.
