We live in a beautiful finca in Andalusia, Cadiz, Chiclana de la Frontera, Las Maravillas near El Colorado on an area of ​​2500 m2 with pool and beautiful garden and offer our studio for rent. The studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. There is a large double bed and a pull-out armchair for a single bed. The price is per day for the studio and not per person! The price includes bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels, kitchen including dishes and pans, coffee maker, microwave. Food and drinks have to be bought by yourself. Meals are not included in the price. On arrival, drinks are always ready in the fridge and coffee is also available. TV and WiFi. Own access, terrace with table and chairs, deck chairs, lounge. Free parking on the property. Use of pool and shower possible. The roof terrace has 60 square meters and the studio including bathroom 35 square meters. Long-term stays are possible, guests can stay 28 days or longer. Parties, barbecues or the like are not permitted.
My name is Anne Chevalley, I’m retired and I’m living with my husband and our animals in Andalusia in Cadiz on the Costa de la Luz since 2014. We are pleased to be able to offer our dream studio for a relaxing vacation. We offer you a family atmosphere! We live on the ground floor and have dogs and cats running free in the garden. Please note that our animals may encounter you in person. Peoples with animal allergies or phobias are therefore not welcome!
From the holiday home you can reach the Atlantic coast (4 km) or cities like Cadiz (30 km), Jerez (50 km), Tarifa (70 km), Gibraltar (100 km), Seville (120 km), Ronda (120 km), Malaga (230 km) or the Alhambra in Granada (320 km). The next town is "Chiclana de la Frontera" (6 km), the shopping and entertainment venues next venta with restaurant and shopping store are 2 to 3 km away. The nearest airport is Jerez de la Frontera (approx. 55 km away). You can rent a car there. Other airports are Malaga (approx. 230 km away), Seville (approx. 130 km away) and Faro in Portugal (approx. 300 km away). La Marvilla is located in the southernmost part of Spain, in Andalusia. There are 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the next one is La Estancia (you can find links and details on our website). For riding enthusiasts, many riding stables offer beautiful, guided rides on the endless sandy beach La Barrosa.
