We liked everything about the hotel: very welcoming and kind people, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, the location is perfect at walking distance to ski park, kids activities, restaurants and shops. All this for an affordable room rate. Highly recommended mainly for families.

Excellent stay at Crystal Loft C Block, Apartment 402. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The interior was modern and pleasant, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect close to the ski lift, and there is a playground and entertainment area for children in the yard, making it ideal for family vacations. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Bakuriani!

Let us put things straight. The place offers an excellent rate quality/price. However, expect no luxury. It is a clean and pleasant place located near both, ski attractions and city center. The photos of the room are accurate, but the remaining photos are NOT. There is a restaurant that shares the hotel building, but nothing like in the photos. Besides that, you have to go out the hotel to get there. In other words, it is not part of the hotel. It has rather a disco atmosphere even during the day, so if you are a party-animal, you will definitively love it. The spa is very pleasant, but very small for such a vast hotel complex, so if you want to go, I would advice you to do it during the day, when everyone else is on the ski slopes.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us, with everything conveniently nearby. We stayed for two nights, but it still wasn’t enough—especially for the kids, who had an amazing time! The owner was incredibly accommodating, providing online assistance whenever needed. Absolutely recommend this place!”

Clean and very comfortable quiet room. Helpful stuff at the reception. The location is 5min walk from the Crystal skiing 2.5km advanced beginner level track and the gondola. In the nearby Crystal spa hotel for an acceptable price spa, 25m pool, gym and sauna are available. Cafes, restaurants, groceries and a drugstore too are also nearby.

Excellent location for skiing, close to ropeways. Very comfortable property։ comfortably furnished bedrooms, living room, convenient parking, availability of necessary amenities for relaxation. The personnel was very supportive.
