The stay was great; we loved the area where the hotel is located and had a lovely breakfast. We traveled with our small dog, and the surroundings of the hotel were great for quick walks. We had a ground-floor room with an exit to the hotel gardens, where we saw bunnies too! The surrounding area is great for nature lovers—the lake at sunset is fairytale-like. There is also plenty of private parking available. I would have loved to explore the area more, but it was just a transit stay.

This beautiful 16th-century stone house is in the Umbrian hills and has lovely views of Lake Trasimeno. It is an ideal location for a relaxing break.

Property was spacious and immaculately clean with view of Lake Trasimeno. We walked to local restaurant, but were very limited as most were closed. Great central location for Perugia, Assisi, Cortona and others.

All the staff are friendly and AC works very well. It was hot outside when I stayed so that was helpful. I liked the breakfast, there were many options to choose from.

The property is beautiful with an unbelievable view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Monica is a fantastic host. She is very kind and very thoughtful. We spent our 14 year anniversary and we were welcomed with a beautiful heart shape design made from rose petals on our bed. She made our anniversary very special.

at Romitorio i felt the true tuscan atmosphere. it's a family business and the hosts know how to make you feel at home. the accommodation was perfect, everything clean, big house, with tuscan vibe. the garden and the pool are absolutely perfect.
