Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. I highly recommend a stay. We had a wonderful experience. The property is so nice and scenic. The room was huge, with a kitchen and dining area. We loved the restaurant as well. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the property, spa, etc.

The property is beautiful with an unbelievable view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Monica is a fantastic host. She is very kind and very thoughtful. We spent our 14 year anniversary and we were welcomed with a beautiful heart shape design made from rose petals on our bed. She made our anniversary very special.

Tranquil location, welcoming and helpful staff, large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen with dining table, and small balcony table overlooking the valley. There is a Restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, and kids areas. We had breakfast included and there was a large selection of organic and local foods. We chose to have dinner and the talented chef Frederico provided us with excellent food and service. Mirca and her staff were very helpful with check in/check out, suggestions about towns to visit, and answering any questions. We will come back!
