Excellent staff, especially Noemi, Francesca and Jennifer. Spacious room with balcony overlooking quarry garden. Large, deep pool with many loungers. Very comfy bed and great air conditioning. Extensive breakfast selection in magnificent dining room. Great happy hour with tasty hors d’ oeuvres. Short walk to beachside swimming and excellent adjacent Jonico restaurant. Bar Drago also very good for coffee, snacks and drinks overlooking the sea and Siracusa. Recommended.

Very well located in Syracusa, very close to Ortigia island with all the great places. Possibility to park the car for free. And the smile of Clara the receptionist on the morning. We recommend this place, for the value its perfect.

Amazing staff all around. The hotel is run by a local team and the food/restaurant on site is all family. The meals were “outstanding” the pool Amazing. Thank you all for a relaxing stay.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very rich with fresh food.. It truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special. We look forward to coming back next year. :)

Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is wow, really great, staff is very nice, they know how to take care. Spa area is very nice, Ms. Chiara gave me a very nice facial. They have a garden, so if you eat there for dinner, you will be able to enjoy pumpkins, eggplants, herbs, tomatoes etc. directly from this garden. Two pools: one for swimmers, one for kids. Everything is clean, they use sheets on the bed, very comfy good beds.

Beautiful resort, very quiet, service above and beyond

Everything met my expectations of a five star hotel.

We stayed in Siracusa overnight. I picked the apartment due to its proximity to Ortigia and the ancient park. Giulio contacted us and met us with the keys in front of the property. He gave us tour of the apartment. It's renovated and looks pretty modern. Giulio was nice and eager to give tips and assist us. He was kind enough to give us a later check out so we didn;t have to drag our backpack while sightseeing in the morning.

Only one word “ EXCELLENT” I stay so many hotels in so many countries. I can say this is the best hotel I stayed. It’s expensive but worth every penny.

Large, clean place to stay. It was a good value for two people and would be a great value for four people. The area was not fancy, but was in a local neighborhood with some character. We enjoyed our stay!

We were greeted by Roberta at the appointed time and shown around the property which was ideally located in the centre of Ortigia. The property was on three floors with a fold out sofa bed and en suite toilet/bidet on the mezzanine and a queen bed and full en-suite on the top floor. The ground floor consisted of a galley kitchen and lounge area which was spacious enough and comfortable. The courtyard was nice too. Roberta was helpful and suggested some restaurants and places of interest. She kept in touch through WhatsApp which was great.We booked 5 nights there but 4 would have been ample. This was a comfortable stay overall.A washing machine was very handy too.
