Amazing place! We travelled through NZ for two weeks, staying at many different places, and this was hands down the best accommodation of the entire trip. We’re a family of four and stayed in one of the boat-style cabins — such a unique and fun experience. We had the best time. The people who run it are absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend — we would definitely stay again!

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Room felt spotless, probably the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. Good location, close to Taupo and especially if you are doing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, about 30min drive to the carpark. Has a full kitchen set up, great water pressure. Very calm and serene location. Stayed there for three nights and enjoyed all three of them.
