It was very luxurious. Staff were all so friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room , bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was delicious

Very clean and good beds. There were blankets for the dogs but no bowl for water.

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room were terrific after a long day hiking. Food was terrific also - especially breakfast! Staff was excellent.

The welcome at reception was lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a lovely welcome note with complimentary biscuits. Tea and coffee-making facilities were a bonus. We had a lovely walk around Lousa.
