The pool and bar was nice and clean.Staff were excellent.Also the restaurant was good.Breakfast was basic but sufficient.Dinner buffet was also good value.All in all was good value for money and a hidden gem.We were so grateful to get it after a very stressful day of our flight being cancelled.Ryanair did not help at all so we were lucky we found it.

Room comfort, breakfast and location excellent

We had a wonderful stay at AP Victoria Sports & Beach. The apartment-style room was a great surprise: top-floor one-bedroom overlooking the pool and sports track, spotlessly clean, with a big separate kitchen and a huge balcony with table, chairs, and two sunbeds. The location is perfect if you like peace and nature - surrounded by pine trees, a short walk to Falésia beach, and still close to restaurants, a grocery store, small shops, and an ice cream place. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. At the front desk everyone we met was friendly, caring, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable - especially hotel managers Pedro and Sergio, as well as Luisa and Lara. Breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding, with the restaurant team - especially Priscilla and Barbara - being incredibly attentive and helpful. The sports facilities - athletics track, soccer field, tennis and paddle courts - and the swimming pool are also a big plus. There is even a cross-country track right behind the hotel. It was also really fun to be surrounded by so many athletes staying at the hotel, which gave the whole place a cool “Olympic village” vibe and added to the sporty atmosphere. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing, nature-connected stay.

We had a nice time there. The staff were very friendly. We had a problem on arrival, but the lady sorted it out very quickly.

Great location with view of the water from the terrace. Lots of restaurants nearby,easy walk to the beach. Host was very helpful and check-in was a breeze.

Positioned roughly midway between the Quarteira and Vilamoura the property is within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants and the waterfronts of both communities. To get the most from this property it helps if you enjoy walking as it is very easy to discover that you’ve well-exceeded your daily 10 thousand step goal. The property is bright and very pleasant with double glazing on all windows, nice large rooms and plenty of gear so we found that most of our needs were well met with a very few exceptions noted below. Be aware that the building does not have an elevator but 2 flights of stairs is not a deal-breaker for most and no elevator appears to be the norm in 3-level buildings in the area. The balcony overlooking the pool is quite large and retains sun until around 13:30 at which time it was getting a little cool it being February. Later in the year this would be a big plus as you want a bit of shade when 30°+ temperatures are the norm. We enjoyed a number of lunches on that balcony. The pool looks very welcoming but, of course, February is not a pool month. For the moment there is a great deal of construction on-going in the area. It is not particularly annoying but it might be a factor for some sensitive souls. We were not particularly bothered and recognize that it is temporary. Unfortunately, some of the new builds are stealing sea views from many, former waterfront properties. I don’t know if this property was much affected but the sea views now are exclusively from the kitchen and not of much use aesthetically speaking. We would probably return but for a shorter stay and with a few provisos.

We just finished a week long family stay and had a fantastic time. The villa is absolutely beautiful and exactly as advertised. The villa was great for the kids who loved the pool and cinema. Amanda and her family were fantastic from the moment we booked and very responsive. Great location near villamoura and nice quiet area.
