SwitzerlandThe place is amazing. We travel off season and the staff was extremely nice to upgrade our reservation for a large room with balcony and view on the sea. It was absolutely fabulous and we are extremely thankfull to them. All the staff (reception, bar at fire place, restaurant and cleaning personal) is super competent and friendly. The breakfast/brunch is fabulous. There is very nice easy walk starting next to the hotel door. Sagres beach is less than 10 min walking along the cliff.

United StatesThis beautiful family resport was also a lovely place for a couple without children. The beach was exceptional and so were the facilities. We were there in the off-season (January), and I imagine that it can get pretty crazy in the summer. But we loved it.

IndiaEveryone was so lovely and kind. I think this is one of the most positive experiences we have had. The lovely gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful and gave great advice for excursions .. the rooms were great and clean. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and sweet.

A luxury hotel with all the facilities, comfortable room especially bed and pillows, my room classed as the cheapest was perfect , with door open to patio and private garden , I still had a nice view. Staff in all areas of the hotel always helpful. I need to go back again soon because my stay wasn't long enough to try all the facilities

A must-visit place for families with kids, a resort where you can relax while your kids are having a wonderful time. The facilities are great and everything is so well thought through to make sure all your needs are met. All staff members were extraordinary, attentive but not intrusive, helpful and very friendly. We’ve stayed at Martinhal before and can’t wait to return, our favourite place in the Algarve!

We loved the views, the relaxed atmosphere of simple modern luxury, the friendly attentive staff and excellent breakfast with gluten free options for me as a coeliac.

Amazing breakfast, great service, beautifully designed property, solid restaurants for a resort. Very kid friendly down to the last detail like having kids toilets and free kids entertainment during meals.
