IndiaEveryone was so lovely and kind. I think this is one of the most positive experiences we have had. The lovely gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful and gave great advice for excursions .. the rooms were great and clean. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and sweet.

GermanyThe location of the apartment is really great. Just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful beach and lots of really good restaurants in close proximity. parking is free street parking. We always found a spot fairly close by.
the apartment itself is spacious and clean.
We stayed for over a week and there was just very little soap and dish soap. so I texted and we were brought something the next day. they were even so nice to give us more washing machine pods, as our baby had a spit up accident into our clean suitcase, so we needed to wash a few more things than we planned. we also got a high chair, a crib and an extra bed for our children.

Beautiful hotel in a really good location. I had a one bed studio apartment in the newer side of the resort. It was absolutely fabulous. Really well equipped kitchen and very cosy bed. Shower was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Facilities in the hotel are excellent. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools.

Baia de Luz is a very well maintained complex 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade in Luz. Pool side apartment was very big and comfortable. Place was spotless. The Allora restaurant on site was great and good value. We loved the resort town of Luz. Surprisingly quiet in mid July ! No strip or loud disco bars / clubs. Definitely caters more to young families and older clientele.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The grounds of the resort beautifully landscaped and the pools inviting. Staff was always friendly and available to answer questions.

You feel like you're at a tropical resort or retreat. Very relaxing. Great spot to explore the Algarve region with Lagos, Sagres and Cape St. Vincent nearby. You have access from the property to the cliffs with amazing views and trails including, I believe, the Fisherman's trail. Staff was very kind and was able to accommodate us with GF bread. The buffet style breakfast was amazing with a huge amount of choice.

A lovely apartment in a great resort which was comfortable and clean.
Unfortunately very badly managed by Dream Algarve. Poor communication, lack of support when things aren’t right.
I feel very sorry for the owners of this apartment who trusted the hosts to manage the apartment for them.
