The hosts were absolutely lovely, attentive and responsive to all our needs at any time of the day. The swimming pools are lovely, there were few people so it was almost like having a private pool. The size of the house, bathrooms, kitchen, living room are very comfortable.

An exceptional hotel with equally exceptional people. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Shortly before our trip, my wife had an accident, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, including informing a nearby clinic. Their care and thoughtfulness made an already difficult time so much easier to bear. We are deeply grateful. Despite the circumstances, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and are already looking forward to returning. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, and the gym and guest activities like yoga sessions are a great bonus. We also tried the restaurant and the bar, which both deliver, and the spa is excellent with pricing that compares very favorably to outside options. Highly recommended without reservation.

I’ve been traveling full time for 15 years. During this time I have stayed in countless hotels, motels, home stays, camps, and more; never once having a place of my own. On very rare occasions I find a true gem that actually FEELS like home. Phuket Best Travel is one of those gems. The rooms was clean and comfortable, the owners were very welcoming and gracious, making themselves available for whatever I needed… Honestly, I just can’t find the words to properly express how relaxed and at home I felt in their care. When I return to Phuket there isn’t any other place I would stay. It’s a comfortable taxi ride from the heart of the busy city, a casual stroll from the relaxing beaches and National Park, and surrounded by wonderful mom and pop restaurants. Im truly grateful. I know that in the end I am just another customer who has passed through their hotel, but to me I feel as though I made friends.
