The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed having our own onsen in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great and had a selection of Western and Asian foods.

We only stayed a single night, but we loved the experience. Our room was well-designed, super clean, and the bed and bath all very comfortable. It had a nice view, a seating area, and it was quiet, despite being located on a major street. In fact, the location is great, as the hotel is located just a short walk from the yellow MTR line and in an area full of restaurants and cafes. The staff were professional and accommodating. Can warmly recommend and would definitely go back.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight one key thing from our visit. My daughter left behind her earphones on the property, the staff responded immediately after we message them and even sent the earphones back without any charges.
