The hosts were very welcoming. We received a place that had everything we needed , a compact, well-equipped kitchen, private shower and toilet, two comfortable twin beds, a small living area, and a nice balcony.

We liked tremendously the view on the lake from our bedroom and to be able to walk along the lake. The staff was friendly and the room very inviting with its balcony.

Just a short stroll from the scenic Traunsee Lake, our hotel is set in the picturesque mountain surroundings of the Salzkammergut region, ideally located between Gmunden and the heart of Altmünster.

The location is amazing - the views are so picturesque! The staff are very nice and friendly, and even helped us fix the wheelchair when my wheel fell off! They give you good advice on what to see in the area and coupons. From Traunkirchen you can easily reach all other lakes (if you want to). The new spa on the top floor is luxurious and breathtaking. Breakfast is very good! Coffee is great. Loved that you can install apps on the TV, so I could watch a live TV channel from home and watch the news. So cool! Fast Wi-Fi.
