Clean, comfortable, well equipped room in a fantastic location, close to sunshine plaza, supermarkets, cafes and places to walk.

We have stayed here many times. We love the location, warm weather & views.

The view is so stunning. The room was clean, staff were amazing, secure parking for my car and its walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our accommodations- from the stunning views, the roar of the waves to the large rooms, well equipped kitchen to the comfy beds. Very pleased with every aspect of our home away from home. We were situated within walking distance to the beach, walking paths, lovely shops, delightful restaurants and easy access for us to leave the city. Staff was excellent helping us decide to use our time wisely to see as much as possible- just needed to ask! Try it - you will be pleased with yourself to take action!!

Our Penthouse apt was amazing-very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. The views were fantastic and the outdoor space on the roof was lovely! The location at the top end of The Mooloolaba Esplanade was very convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. The private parking was great and the highways and other points along the Sunshine Coast were an easy drive from the property.

Location to everything was within arms reach. Clean and modern furniture heated pool and spa.

I rented the apartment for my parents as an 80th birthday gift. They loved the place, and really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the sea breezes. Will definitely do it again. They were also impressed by the friendliness of the staff.

Close to shops, restaurant, beach and aquarium

The staff were great. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they were able to arrange access to our room earlier. As we had a later flight we were given a key to access amenities after check out time which was great.

Everything was perfect especially the spa

Cannot fault the property, it was great. Our view was sensational, aaccess to bars/restaurants/shops was perfect. Awesome to be able to head off for a 5km walk everyday along the waterfront. No faults.

The location was prefect. Beachfront and on the main esplanade. Walking distance with little ones to the main patrolled beach, restaurants and dessert options galore right downstairs. Walking distance to the moloolaba wharf and sealife. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. All in all a fantastic resort for a family trip. Lots to do, swimming pool, spa, tennis court and gym. Even better they can provide beach umbrellas, towels and beach carts too. Can’t wait to go back.

Great room, great location and loved the top floor spa

I was hoping to book my family somewhere that would be a complete contrast to their full-on days, and the Excellsior team delivered. Light, airy, relaxed, modern — and my family were grateful for the secure parking option, too. I was particularly impressed by how kind and helpful Kate was when I needed to extend or adjust the booking.
