I have been here many times. The location is excellent for me. The facility is fairly new and high quality, it's clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast offers many options and is done well. The pool looks nice, though I haven't been, and the exercise room is adequate.

The impressive architecture and luxurious furnishings with century-old lighting, combined with the welcoming staff and comfortable rooms, confirm this place's long-standing reputation. The restaurants at this property are fabulous! (Generally requires previous reservation, including to guests) The spa experience is also luxurious, with high-quality cosmetics and amenities in the rooms and bathrooms. The fitness center is open 24/7 and offers a full range of equipment. The hotel has a nearby swimming center with discounts for guests. They probably have everything you need... If you can, come... It's certainly a piece of Winnipeg's history and identity.

The staff was very attentive and the food and facilities were great!

Location was convenient to excellent restaurants. View of the river from our room was lovely. Vibe was modern. I’m 62, and I imagine that their target demographic is younger and more hip than I am, but I felt welcomed and was very comfortable during my stay.
