The hotel view on the lake is amazing, the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the lobby, very cosy with the fire. The gym was also good! The best hotel in Puerto Varas!

Everything was to our liking - great location near the centre and with wonderful views to the Osorno volcano. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was the best on our Chile trip. The staff were super helpful. We had to cut short our stay due to a family illness and the hotel kindly refunded the unused night despite us not asking for.

The staff was really nice, they all gave me good recommendations and were very helpful. The room was always clean, and the the food was delicious. When I go back to Puerto Varas I will definitely stay at Casa Kalfu.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Cozy and clean, very friendly staff and facilities. The housekeeping was amazing, the restaurant was quite nice and the kids loved the swimming pool, perfect for little ones just learning to swim.
