Excellent location.Very friendly and efficient staff.Hotel very clean.Huge variety of food for breakfast.Food is very good at the Melia Hotel.Would highly recommend staying there.

Property location was great, in the centre of the city. Hotel was immaculately clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with everything you need. We had a nice view of the mountain too.

Good value for a family Christmas getaway or some winter sun. Lovely warm, clean apartments with excellent self catering facilities. Surrounded by greenery.

Pool areas were great, the hotel was very clean and stylish, great breakfast buffet, very kind staff, and an absolutely stunning view over the Mediterranean. Absolutely wonderful. We’d recommend this hotel to everybody.

I was impressed by the staff in the hotel. Everybody was very helpful and nice and well-mannered. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach, and the bus stop is near the hotel.

Views are perfect, apartment was clean and comfortable. Details make it very pleasant.

The room was way bigger than I expected. You can even stay 4 people comfortably. The kitchenette was a great addition. The location was great and it is in a safe area for female travelers.

Carlos was very helpful during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the pool and the area is lovely and quiet . It is only a short walk to the bus stop and to shops for food. We would definitely come back here again

Cristian is an awesome host. Very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting where to have dinner and what to see in our short visit. Homemade breakfast served by host. Made us feel like family. Will definitely stay here again when in Alicante again.

Really good place. Totally recommend for a short or longer stay. Very helpful staff, answering messages quickly and ready to provide any required info. Comfortable enough mattress. AC. Hair drier. Very convenient central location, close to the airport bus stop. No washing machine but there was a paid laundry (2eur for laundry and 2 eur for drier).

We loved how clean it was, the location was perfect, and the bed was comfortable.

Good hotel. Not in the city center but there is a bus station near the hotel (busses 21 and 22 that can take you tot he city center and to the famous beach Sant Juan). We liked the hot tub on the 6th floor. Swimmimg pool is also great, it could be bigger but ok. Clean and nice hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast; The hotel is close to a commercial complex and to the bus station, so it's easy to go downtown or to San Juan beach (a wonderful long and sandy beach).

Everything, but the staff specially Irene and Josepa were amazing!
